ABOUT GREG

Greg started his career with the major chartered accounting firm KPMG, working in audit and achieving qualification as a Chartered Accountant. After also working in a smaller accounting firm providing tax and business accounting services, Greg recognised a desire to move to the front end of the business.

He then joined Michael Page International (a major international executive recruitment company, publicly listed in the UK) as a recruitment consultant. In 15 years with Michael Page, Greg moved into management and ultimately was responsible for the Victorian and Western Australian businesses, with 65 staff across 4 offices.

Greg has since owned and operated his own small executive recruitment business with up to 8 staff, and offices in Sydney and Melbourne.

Greg then decided to make a career change and joined the Finn Group as a Business broker, and focusses on assisting businesses in the manufacturing, distribution and professional services sectors.

Over the years he has learned “a little about a lot of businesses” and has been most successful when he has been able to get close to the client and really develop a deep understanding of the business.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys golf and is fortunate to be able to spend time when he can at his holiday place in the country up near Castlemaine. He supports the Brisbane Lions and is one of the few supporters who own up to coming across as a former Bears fan.
